Gaudet Glamour Girl Exchange

Any registered patient who has obtained, and paid for, a service, procedure, product or surgery at Piscataqua Plastic Surgery and Skin Care with a combined value of $200 or more is eligible to participate in the  G G Girl Exchange.

The G G Girl receives one or more cards with their name printed on it to refer any friend or loved one to the practice.   This can also be a verbal referral.  The new patient should present your card or tell us before booking their procedure that they were sent to us by a G G Girl and give us your name.

Two things will happen:

• The new patient will receive an immediate discount  according to the schedule in effect at the time of their purchase; and

• The G G Girl’s account (yes that’s you!) will receive the same amount that was given as discount to the new person you referred.  This credit can be used for any future treatment or service that the G G Girl chooses to purchase.

The discounts in place at this time are:

                                      $10 off any value of $75 or greater    

                                     $25 off any value of $150 or greater

                                     $75 off any value of $450 or greater

                                     $100 off any value of $600 or greater

                                     $125 off any value of $750 or greater

                                    $200 off any value of $1,200 or more

Rules of the Exchange:

• Rewards will be calculated and applied against Cosmetic Procedure payments ONLY. 
• Payments made by an insurance company or procedures covered by insurance do not qualify.
• Reward credits may be combined to use for future Cosmetic Procedures and spa services. Skin care products are excluded.
• Piscataqua Plastic Surgery reserves the right to change the schedule of discounts and prepayments at any time. The schedule in effect will always be posted on the website .
• These rewards may not be combined with any other discount.
